About Jeslyn

Jeslyn Thoe (曹思滢) is co-founder and Executive Director of JP Asia Capital Sdn Bhd. She specialises in Malaysian employment law, HR compliance and risk management, and has long served as HR and legal advisor to Malaysia SMEs.

She helps companies build management systems that are backed by law and work in practice: from employment contracts, employee handbooks, job descriptions and KPIs to probation, performance management, disciplinary action, Domestic Inquiry and termination procedures, so bosses can handle employee issues with clear grounds and records that stand up in the Industrial Court.
